Features and Benefits of PepSeq

PepSeq is a Peptide Sequencing simulation program, created to assist biochemistry students in understanding the basic processes involved in peptide sequencing through online education. It is provided as an online service to lecturers and students. Everything runs through the website, from setting up the class list, running the simulated experiments and viewing the results. PepSeq offers many benefits over traditional protein sequencing laboratory classes, such as cost savings for laboratory use and equipment, and speed to set up and use.

• As PepSeq is a totally online service, this prevent installation permission issues on University computers *
• Quick and easy set up at University or at home - lecturers and students simply require the website address, their username and their password
• PepSeq uses Internet Explorer, and it is compatible with Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP
